Ambassadrices start their Primary teaching experience

3 of our Ambassadrices : Aminat, Fariha and Romisa started teaching French to a small group of Yr 3 students from Lathom Primary school in East Ham. They will provide 4 sessions of French to very enthusiastic young learners. Plashet school is very pleased to have set up this new project and hopes more local primaries will be willing to join in over the next few weeks.

Bravo!

Ambassadrices 2012

The French department is delighted

to have an amazing group of girls they can count on this year. The "Ambassadrices" are changing the display, conducting duties, helping with the languages orals, welcoming visitors in the department... The most exciting project is yet to start. A selected few will have the fabulous opportunity to go and teach in their former primary school. The girls cannot wait.

Plashet girls miss sports day to come back victorious

2011 was another successful year for Plashet students in the TAFAL competition at Woodbridge High School. Aminat and Kaltrina (Yr 9) finished 1st in the conversation competition in Albanian and also grabbed the 1st prize for their traditional costume. Sheyni and Lakshmi finished 2nd for their table display (in tamil). For the 3rd participation in the TAFAL Plashet students proved to be very tough competitors for the other 18 London schools which took part. Well done girls, another superb achievement!
